Extremely Rare. Printed Heter Iska Document [Fiorda, around 5458 (1698)]
Heter Iska document, bypassing the prohibition of receiving interest on a loan to a fellow Jew. (This is done by restructuring the loan so that it becomes an investment.)
According to the lettering style and border, it seems to have been printed in Fiorda, Germany somewhere between 5450-5460.
In 5458, the sefer Nachalas Shivah, which included various document formulations, was printed using nearly the same design.
Size: 14x16 cm. Damaged condition, with a bit of damage to text, glued to reinforcing paper. Extremely rare. Is seemingly unknown to bibliographers.
