Two parts bound together. At the beginning of part one are two title pages- the first one is decorated.
Halberstadt 5621 [1861]. [4], 211:[1], 115, 14 pages. 36 cm. Age stains, a few tiny moth holes, general good condition.

A number of handwritten notations on the sefer's pages.
On page before title is the stamp of Rav Matisyahu Gedalya Kabatchnik.
Rav Matisyahu Gedalya Kabatchnik (5637-5678) learned in Yeshivas Volozhin and Kovno and was given semicha from the gedolim of his generation: Rav Shlomo Hacohen author of Cheshek Shlomo, Rav Chaim of Brisk, Rav Itzaleh of Ponevezh and others. Served in the Baran Rabbinate and afterward in Sarna. Passed away in 5678 from the typhus plague.
