In Hebrew with Latin translation by Minister Sabastian.
Without Hebrew title page. Additional Latin title page with Hebrew heading: "Mitzvos HaTorah". In good condition, worn leather cover. In many copies, the pages with the principals of Christian religion were torn out or destroyed (by Jews who owned the sefer). In this copy as well, 3 such pages are missing- one page in Hebrew and 2 pages from the Latin translation. An additional half-page was removed, on which these principals begin.
The Chida (in his sefer 'Shem Hagedolim' he included a Kitzur Smag) believes that the author is the Smag himself (Rav Moshe Mikkotsi), but he saw the Karlsruhe edition only- of year 5523 and not this edition. However, see Hagahos Menachem Tzion and the essay of Rav Avraham Chavatzeles titled "Kitzur Smag Lemi" (Moriah, Tammuz 5748 pages 34-38)
