Adolf Hitler Signature Display + Architect Signatures
The clipped ink signatures of Adolf Hitler and his architects in a framed display. The signatures include Hermann Giesler, Albert Speer, Adolf Hitler, and Roderich Fick. These men all worked for Hitler and the NSDAP during the years of the Third Reich. The display measures 13.5" x 10.75". Hermann Giesler (2 April 1898, Siegen – 20 January 1987, Düsseldorf) was a German architect during the Nazi era, one of the two architects most favoured and rewarded by Adolf Hitler (the other being Albert Speer).Albert Speer March 19, 1905 – September 1, 1981) served as the Minister of Armaments and War Production in Nazi Germany during most of World War II. A close ally of Adolf Hitler, he was convicted at the Nuremberg trials and sentenced to 20 years in prison.Roderich Fick (16 November 1886 – 13 July 1955) was a German architect most prominent during the Nazi regime.Fick trained under Theodor Fischer, became professor at the Munich Technical University in 1935, designed the Munich residence of Rudolf Hess in 1936, joined the NSDAP in 1937, and thereby secured Nazi projects such as various buildings at Adolf Hitler's Obersalzberg complex and such as SS barracks. Fick also was given the task of redesigning Linz. His work was part of the architecture event in the art competition at the 1936 Summer Olympics.[1]
