3 Reich SS Pagan Wooden Candlestick Holder Viking
Very beautiful Nazi era reservistika wooden made candlestick holder with life Algiz and death YR rune representing a Viking drakkar. It has place to hold 4 candles and it's done in 2 pieces: ship itself and a base. All done from the same wood and hand carved. These items were bought or given as a gift between SS men or people who had pagan faith and it was very common during the III Reich. Yr rune represented death or war end and Algiz represented life and births. Used in different moments during the daily life of the SS community, in ceremonies or dates of pagan background by SS members. A very interesting example of SS pagan imagery reservistika. Mega rare item in perfect condition after renovation.
