Etrog Container in the 18th Century in Russia
An etrog container made of 84 silver in the 18th century in Russia.Signed in two places with a Russian sample with the date 1783 for the Moscow Assay Office.The signatures are located on the lid and the base of the container.The container is made entirely by hand.Hand-forged, repoussé and engraved.The lid is hot-dipped in places, as is the etrog-shaped lifting handle.Very good condition for its age, covered with patina in some places.Dimensions :Weight - 678 grams. Height about 14 cm. Base diameter 14.2 cm. Shipping from our office in Europe.
