MODERNIST 1970 Italian Fluted Clips-On Earrings In 18Kt Gold With Lapis Lazuli
Beautiful pair of clips-on earrings, created in Italy during the modernist period, back in the late 1960, early 1970. The statement earrings has been crafted with fluted patterns in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with polished finish. They are embellished with a pair of earth mined natural rich blue lapis lazuli, which are carved with fluted scalloped shapes. Gemstones: Mounted in bezel settings, with 2 fancy fluted cabochon cut carved from natural lapis lazuli, with a combined estimate weight of about 28 carats. Weight: 24.3 Grams, (15.60 Dwt). Measurements: 22 mm by 16 mm by 16.3 mm (0.87 x 0.63 x 0.64 Inches).
