Nine letters from sages and rabbis of the Land of Israel on public and private matters that were sent to the Rishon LeTziyon Rabbi Ya'akov Shaul Elyashar, author of Yisah Berachah.
The letters were sent by the following: Rabbi Moshe Kimchi, Rabbi Rachamim Yosef Franko, Rabbi Shmuel ben Kiki, Rabbi Shlomo ben Kiki, Rabbi Chaim Yosef Mamman, Jaffa City Council and Rabbi Katriel Tzvi Sarahzhon. Four original envelopes from among these letters included.
