Announcement of the Nazi Entry into Czechoslovakia and the Beginning of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. Prague, 1939
Poster in Czech and German from October 1939 with an explanation to citizens that they are now living under the Reich in the framework of the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. They are to obey all instructions of the new government. Any interference with proper government functioning, whether interference in industry, transportation rumormongering etc, will be considered as government sabotage and will be treated accordingly. The declaration is signed by the first commander of the protectorate, Konstantin Freiherr von Neurath. It was printed in a bright red color in order to draw attention.
