Hasket U'Shema Yisrael - Leaflet Opposing Breeding and Consumption of Rabbits in the Land of Israel. Dozens of Rabbinic Signatures.
Proclamation printed after the decision taken during the meeting that took place at Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank's home dealing with the issue of breeding rabbits in the Land of Israel. Salomon Press. 1930s.
After the meeting, it was decided to go out and openly protest the phenomenon that had spread in the Land of Israel of breeding and consuming rabbits. The proclamation appeals to the rabbit breeders and also to the managers of community funds - that they should not dare transfer funds for this purpose. The proclamation bears 26 printed rabbinic signatures, among them: Rabbi Tzvi Pesach Frank, Rabbi Isser Zalman Meltzer, Rabbi Charlap and others.
