Manuscript - transcription of the book Zot Zikaron on the laws of ritual slaughter by Rabbi Shmuel son of Rabbi Netanel (author of Dinei Shu"b). This work is a summary of the seventy improper slaughter methods, to make it easier for the ritual slaughterers to remember them, hence the name Zot Zikaron ["This Memory"].
