Collection of [5] pocket-sized calendars. Rare. 1940s
* Yoman Luach Kis for 1940-41, marking the 20th year of Keren HaYesod, published by the Va'ad Ha'artzi L'Keren HaYesod B'Eretz Yisrael at the press of HaPoel HaTzair. The calendar was gifted to Keren HaYesod donors, and its first leaves bear an expansive review of the activities of Keren HaYesod since its establishments, including a list of its income. Missing the first leaf, apparently advertisements. Size: 7x11 cm.
* Luach Kis Yerushalami for 1941, published by the Va'ad HaKlali Knesset Yisrael L'Tzidkat Rabbi Meir Ba'al HaNess. Solomon press. Includes statutes in Yiddish regarding the tomb of Rabbi Meir Ba'al HaNess. Size: 8x6 cm.
* Silberstein's Diary for 1941.Published by Messrs. R. & W. Silberstein Bros. Jerusalem-Tel Aviv - Haifa. The Silberstein family manufactured typewriters in Palestine in the 1940s. The diary includes advertisements for various typewriters manufactured by the company. Size: 5x9 cm.
* Diary for 1949, published by the Keren Kayemeth L'Yisrael. Includes colored maps of Eretz Yisrael, historic information regarding the country and more. Size: 7x11 cm.
* Diary calendar for 1950-51, published by the Keren Kayemeth L'Yisrael, Monsohn press. Includes colored maps of Eretz Yisrael, pictures of prominent personalities who headed the JNF, an expansive historic review of the JNF, and reproductions of the JNF"s "Sefer HaZah"v", KK"l charity boxes and more. Size: 11x7 cm.
All of these calendars are rare and not in the National Library.
All five are in fine condition.
