Shem HaGedolim - the Chid"a's most renowned bibliographic work with many new supplements. This is the revised version edited and arranged by the Chid"a himself, and printed in his lifetime. The Chid"a's books printed in his lifetime are sought-after.
The book includes three parts: Shem Gedolim Part I with supplements, which is an alphabetic list of rabbinic leaders; Va'ad L'Chachamim Part II printed here for the first time, with a list of books by rabbinic leaders. In the same order, Chasdei Avot-Rashei Avot on Tractate Avot, also a revised edition, with the Rashei Avot commentary printed here for the first time. The Chid"a added a symbol in the shape of a hand before each of the supplements, that, as mentioned, appears here for the first time.
