Group of [3] Volumes of Mishnah Berurah with "Mugah" Notations Handwritten by the Chafetz Chaim?

Collection of three volumes of the fundamental work Mishnah Berurah by the rabbi of the entire Jewish people, Rabbi Yisrael Meir HaKohen of Radin. This work became a cornerstone of the Jewish home. Parts III-IV-V, stereotypical prints, Warsaw and Pietrkov. Identical sizes and volumes.

In each one of these volumes, on the front flyleaf, the thrilling inscription "Mugah" is noted, which was customarily written by the sacred author himself. He would examine the sefarim for various blemishes out of concern for theft. Each book so examined would earn the notation "Mugah."

[3] volumes, 22 cm. Handwritten notation at the back of Part IV.

Overall fine condition. Fragile paper. Tears in the margins of several leaves. Original bindings, dismantled.
