In the center is a picture of the site of the Temple and the verse 'Al chomotayich Yerushalayim hifkadati shomrim', with a Torah crown above it, the building of the Etz Chaim Talmud Torah on the left and the Bikur Cholim building on the right. Lions at the bottom.

Tears in the upper and lower margins.
