Letter / Sacred Amulet, Rare Sort, Handwritten and Signed by the Yeshuot Moshe of Vizhnitz

"Much nachat and sacred pleasure, may they have both Torah and wealth and may they build a faithful Jewish home"

Rare sacred letter loaded with tremendous blessings for the marriage and future generations, handwritten and signed in full by the Admo"r Rabbi Moshe Yehoshua Hager of Vizhnitz, signed in his name and his father's name - the author of Imrei Chaim - in the latter's lifetime. [Shikun Vizhnitz, Bnei Brak, pre-1972].

The letter was sent to Rabbi Shmuel Aharon Shchdrovitsky, chairman of Agudat Yisrael in Tel Aviv and one of the major activists of his time, in honor of his son's wedding. The rebbe, who was indebted to Rabbi Shchdrovitsky, gives many, many blessings for the young couple. Ten whole lines [of the thirteen-line letter] loaded with the Rebbe's blessings, and with his full signature - using his name and his sacred father's name.

Refer to the Hebrew catalog text for a precise transcription of the Rebbe's blessings for mazal tov, nachat, Torah, wealth, etc. on the occasion the addressee's son's wedding

It is noteworthy that the blessings are "open" and the Rebbe, along the entire length of the blessings in this letter (following the opening lines), interestingly, does not mention names, but refers to the bridegroom's father as "כתה"ר" [kvod Torato haramah] and the bridegroom as "his dear son, shlit"a." Is there any greater Chassidic amulet? Huge blessings for Torah and wealth for generations, handwritten by the Yeshuot Moshe, who wrote and signed in his name and his sacred father's name!

Refer to the Hebrew catalog text for a brief biography of Rabbi Moshe Yehoshua Hager of Vizhnitz.

[1] leaf. 23.5x17.5 cm. Entirely [17 lines] handwritten and signed by the Rebbe.

Very fine condition. Filing perforations.
