About Rabbi Mordechai David Teitelbaum:
Rabbi Mordechai David Teitelbaum, son of Rabbi Nachum Tzvi Teitelbaum (brother of the Yitav Lev and grandson of the Yismach Moshe), served as Av Beit Din of Stitshin and later as Av Beit Din of Drohobych.

He was a cousin of:

The Admor of Munkacs, author of Minchat Elazar.
The Admor of Sighet, author of Kedushat Yom Tov.
In 1902, he immigrated to Eretz Yisrael, settling in Kfar Meron and later in Safed, where he became known as the Admor of Drohobych.
He passed away in Safed in Kislev 1920.

His son was the Admor of Husakov, Rabbi Yitzchak Teitelbaum HY"D, father of Rabbi Mordechai David Teitelbaum, Admor of Husakov-Be’er Sheva.
