A single printed sheet titled Torat HaChitzonim, issued "so that all may hear and learn…", published separately for the benefit of visiting merchants to inform them of the tax regulations that had been enacted.

Top half:
The official regulation regarding tax levies, printed with the signature (in print) of the scribe Asher Yitzchak ben Yaakov Chaim Castiel Franco.
Bottom half:
The "Nusach HaCherem HaChamur" (Severe Ban), printed with the signature (in print) of Rabbi Yekutiel Chaim ben Hillel Katz.
