This work discusses the halachic controversy regarding the permissibility of an agunah from the town of Staszów. The Maggid of Kozhnitz was among those who permitted her remarriage, while others opposed his ruling. This book demonstrates the Maggid's exceptional halachic acumen.
The book was written by Rabbi Gavriel of Warsaw, the scribe of the Maggid of Kozhnitz.
