"Lechtigge Zmanim": Approximately [180] words in the holy handwriting of the Admor of Toldos Aharon, shlit”a
“Divrei Elokim Chaim” from the esteemed Maran Admor, shlit”a,
delivered at the Friday night Shabbat meal, Parashat Bo 5774 – the holy city of Tiberias, may it be rebuilt and established.

Three printed pages containing exalted teachings on the supreme sanctity of Shabbat Kodesh, delivered by the Admor of Toldos Aharon, the holy Rabbi David Kohn, shlit”a, at the chassidic unity Shabbat in the holy city of Tiberias. Shevat 5774 [2014].

Throughout all three pages, the Rebbe emended the printed teachings in his own sacred handwriting – a total of approximately 180 words handwritten by the Rebbe himself, in addition to the printed content.

The teachings revolve around the sanctity of Shabbat and contain tremendous blessings:

“From the plagues themselves that struck the Egyptians, healing came for the Israelites”
“The Children of Israel merited the level of ‘and all the Children of Israel had light in their dwellings’”
“Israel merited the hidden light, the light of Gan Eden, which is the light of the future to come”
“Upon you shall Hashem shine, and His glory shall be seen upon you”
“They were able to enter the Egyptians’ homes in the darkness and choose whichever vessels they wanted to take with them upon departure”
“When Hashem shines upon a person the light of Shabbat holiness, he merits supernal knowledge”
“No disturbance or descent will reach him, for he has chosen good and uplifted his understanding—the light accompanies him even within the darkness”
“And through the power of Shabbat, vitality and strength flow into the weekdays”

The Rebbe, shlit”a, concludes this lofty teaching with a blessing:
“May it be His will… that Hashem will shine within us the light of His Presence through the light of Torah and the light of worship—‘Lechtigge Zmanim’—and as in the days when you came forth from Egypt, I will show you wonders, with the coming of the righteous redeemer, speedily in our days, amen.”

[3] pages, 29 cm. Significant emendations [approx. 180 words] in the Rebbe’s holy handwriting.

Very good–good condition.
