ד"ר דוד אריה פרידמן רופא עיניים סופר ובלשן נולד ברוסיה, עלה לארץ ב 1925 והתיישב בתל אביב. היה אספן אמנות נלהב ותמך מאד באמנים.
במכירה נכללות עבודות משנות העשרים, השלושים והארבעים של קולביאנסקי, צבי שור, עובדיהו, לבנון, הנדלר, קוסונוגי , פרנקל וסנקובסקי. היה אספן בעל טעם מעודן וחלק גדול מהעבודות במכירה הן נדירות.

Homage to Frederick Kiesler, 1993 (Austrian - American architect, theoretician, theater designer, artist and sculptor, 1890-1965), Watercolor on transparent paper (attached to cardboard), 68 x 96 cm, Signed.
From the collection of Mordechai Omer (1941-2011), an Israeli art historian and former Director of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art.
The painting was exhibited at "The Presence of the Absent: The Empty Chair in the Works of Yigal Ozeri", Haifa Museum of Modern Art, 1994, Israel, Curated by Professor Mordechai Omer, (Catalogue) and Bianca Lanza Gallery, Miami, FL, 1993.
Documented in the book: "Yigal Ozeri - Four Seasons", by Mordechai Omer, Published by Tel Aviv Art Museum in cooperation with Lodève Museum, France (item 7, page 367).
The book was published on the occasion of the exhibition "Yigal Ozeri - The Four Seasons", Tel Aviv Art Museum 2006.
