French Quimper Hand Painted Handled Basket by Henriot Quimper
French Faience hand painted basket planter by Henriot Quimper, Marked HR on underside, circa 1925.
The front portrays a working Bretonne maid by the sea, wearing traditional clothing. The back is decorated with flowers and butterflies. A small yellow arabesque decorates the bottom and a blue arabesque decorates the top of the handle.
Measuring H 10.5 W 12 D 6 in
Some minor chips and scratches throughout.
